Mateus William de Faria Eleutério

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Lavras (2018) and a Master’s degree in Applied Botany (2020). Completed a PhD in Agrochemistry (Chemistry/Biochemistry of natural and synthetic products) at the same university. Research focused on the bioprospecting of plant extracts. Extensive experience in Biochemistry and Pharmacology/Toxicology, with specific interest in the antioxidant, antigenotoxic, anticytotoxic, and anti-inflammatory effects of natural products. Participated in the Institutional Program for Teaching Initiation Scholarships (PIBID) in Chemistry, focusing on science/chemistry education and initial teacher training.
