Research and Innovation Fellow, Petrobras, ROBIN project, technology development for Light Workover operations in oil wells in context of Brazilian Pre-Salt:

• Basic Research development up to Prototype on smaller scale (TRL1-4, ISO scale).
• Established requirements analysis, development of needs, research and similar, design of concepts.
• Performed failure analysis with execution of FMEA concept, design in CAD software,
• Manufacturing and assembly of prototype, planning and execution of tests for proof of concept.

As an ANP/Petrobras Research and Innovation Fellow on the SKID Gas Separation Membranes project, my work focused on improving the reliability of gas separation plants. Key responsibilities included:

• Modeling plant reliability of gas separation membranes, with a focus on removing CO2 from natural gas.
• Conducting engineering flowchart analysis, functional tree design, and failure tree modeling.
• Simulating faults using Monte Carlo algorithms and performing Minimum Cut Analysis to assess system vulnerabilities.

I contributed to Asset Management projects, notably the Production Development Laboratory (LDP), a collaborative initiative between SENAI CIMATEC, Petrobras, and Shell. This industrial test facility, featuring a well that simulates the operating conditions of the Brazilian Pre-Salt, is used to validate equipment and processes for the Oil & Gas industry. My responsibilities included asset management, overseeing acquisitions and initial inspections, pre-commissioning activities, conducting failure analysis, and developing maintenance policies and a comprehensive reliability philosophy for the plant.

• Provided valuable support in consulting services for Asset Management, based on ISO 55000.
• Conducted in-depth analysis for reliability and asset management, including failure analysis using FMEA, RCA, and FTA tools.
• Increased project efficiency by performing failure prediction modeling using Big Data analysis (Python and R) and contributing to reliability analysis in product development.

• Liaised with suppliers to secure best prices for spare parts without compromising quality.
