  • Financial recovery of the business unit, taking it from a loss of R$ 5 million to the break even in two years.
  • Offer and positioning redefinition, with team restructuring, process review and organization of new business efforts.
  • Implementation of the “Power of One” model, which consists of developing business opportunities within the Group itself, with horizontal supply of Content and PR for agencies such as Publicis, Sapient AG2 and Talent Marcel. Throughout 2019, it became the agency's main source of revenue, through retainer fees and projects for brands such as Dorflex, Novalgina, Honda Motors and Motorola/ Lenovo.
  • Global account leadership - Mexico’s Tourism Board - with regard to Content and Social Networks. One of the implemented strategies tripled the number of followers, doubled the average engagement and quadrupled the number of views per video.

  • Leadership in a Content campaign developed to relaunch the Pepsi Twist soft drink, from scoping and selling the project to presenting results; including hiring celebrities, producing audiovisual pieces, purchasing media and crisis management. The initiative reached 50 million people and totaled 110 million views in the first four months.
  • Structuring of the Videos to Share studio, from the purchase of equipment to the definition of related products. We developed projects for clients such as Ducoco, ALE Fuel and Pomarola. In the latter, 30 videos were produced and published in 30 days, for about 1/10 of the regular cost - optimizing production resources and leveraging client's media investment in the talent channel. Organic engagement 2x above average, optimizing the media budget.
  • Participation in the agency's committee, responsible for approving all important decisions and deliveries (Operations, Commercial, Growth, HR).
  • Regional Digital Lead by MSL, the brand of the Publicis Communications hub dedicated to integrated communication strategies and public relations. Participation in global events and workshops to discuss business opportunities, best practices and innovation.

  • The agency more than doubled in size (registering growth of 30% per year at the time) due to content retainer fees with brands such as Guaraná Antarctica, Halls, Trident, Microsoft, Danette, Bonafont and Jeep.
