  • Technical-Commercial Management, providing interfaces between BASF areas and customers (purchasing/engineering) generating process/product improvements and demands for the development of new technologies with greater added value;
  • Development of technical-commercial strategies to maintain customers and develop new customers in the paints for metal parts segments in the truck, agricultural, OEM and industry markets in general. Some examples of companies in which I work are: MAXION Group, JACTO, CNH, AMVIAN, SCHULZ, BENTELER Group, AETHRA Group, SCANIA, MAN, MERCEDES, VW, GM, HONDA, BMW, DENSO, BUNDY, work coverings, etc..;
  • Preparation and formation of prices and commercial proposals with the BASF pricing department;
  • Management of the technical assistance team, prioritizing visit objectives, agility in problem solving, and technical-commercial opportunities;
  • Management of demands, activities and technical approvals with the Ecoat and Top-Coats Development Laboratories;
  • Specialist in electroplating paints - Ecoat, for which I worked representing PPG and BASF throughout the parts market and OEM industry over the last 30 years. Recent examples of new installations JACTO, MAXION, HONDA, BMW and etc..;
  • BASF Coatings Solutions in Münster – Germany, to learn about and implement Ecoat Cathoguard Series 500 and Series 800 technologies in the South American market and participate in the Ecoat and Top-Coat global meeting;
  • Participation in Homologation of Ecoat Technologies for the HYUNDAI Group at BASF USA;
  • Market-Development with new technologies sustainable paints, such as water-based, solvent-based, ecoat, VOC reduction, curing reduction and others... - for example. Low curing 1k Enamel Oven - Maxion, Hydrobloc - Bosch, Unibloc 1k - Grupo DANA, Ecoat CG 580 LB and 800 RE - Maxion and Jacto;
  • Coordinator of LAB Development Ecoat and Market Services at BASF;
  • Team leader in OEM accounts such as Mercedes-Bens São Bernardo do Campo, Juiz de Fora and VW-Anchieta;
  • Team leader at Ecoat PPG Development Lab;
