Summary

I am a mechatronics engineer bachelor with 10 years of experience in quality systems in large companies. My last job at manufacture industry was as Engineer - Customer Quality Service at Schaeffler Brazil, handling customer complaints. Nowadays I've been working with health audits for the city hall government. I have experience with internal process audit and product audits, measuring equipment, measurement reports and Quality Core Tools. I am passionate about the dynamism that the quality area provides, I have a proactive profile and this allows me to carry out tasks in an assertive way. As Customer Quality Service I have a good negotiation skill and this leads me to structure the work with several internal departments to achieve the results. Iʼve worked in the stamping, heat treatment, machining, grinding and assembly processes departments, as Quality Assurance Technician.

  • Drawing up the necessary documentation to guarantee product quality in accordance with customer requirements (APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning and PPAP - Production Part Approval Process), as well as drawing up and managing quality documentation to support production (quality standards, specifications, fault catalogs and others).
