With more than 10 years of experience in the area of Pre-Sales Engineering, I have worked as a Distributor, Solutions Partner and currently work at Trend Micro, a Global Cybersecurity provider.
I've had the opportunity to work with different cybersecurity players such as Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Microsoft, Fortinet and F5.
In my current position at Trend Micro I am technically responsible for supporting Top-Accounts in the southern territory of Brazil.
The main objectives of my role are:
· Understand the needs of prospects and customers and translate our technology into business impact
· Provide solutions to complex technical issues in the pre-sales capacity
· Bring the message to our customers and partners about the threat landscape and key cybersecurity challenges
· Help sales team to sell better and effectively
· Taking care of the entire customer journey, from onboarding, engagement, health check and support in cases of incidents
· Active participation in events as staff, speaker or panelist
· Deliver presentations, demos, POCs for prospects and customers
