Raphael Cavalcanti Banov

During my first year as a Computer Engineering undergraduate at INSPER, I had the opportunity to join the organizing committee for the 2023 freshman welcome event. Starting in the second semester of 2022, I took a leading role in promoting engagement among new students in sports activities and organized games. I also served as a liaison between student-led ideas and the faculty members responsible for the event's coordination.

Contributed to the development of an AI project for the Hub, named HUBot — an artificial intelligence specialized in entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup ecosystems, designed to serve as the first layer of customer support.

• Responsible for updating databases and internal systems.
• Actively participated in training sessions and professional development programs to continuously enhance technical and soft skills.

• Designed, built, and managed four double-approval systems as REST APIs in Python for critical infrastructure tools (GitLab, Terraform, SQL, and AWS), reducing security risk through a low-privilege, high-visibility access model.
• Built an end-to-end automated pipeline for creating and deploying full-stack cloud environments via Terraform, powered by a custom boilerplate I designed and adopted company-wide, standardizing infrastructure provisioning across teams.
• Handled configuration management for both AWS and GCP environments.
• Used CI/CD automation testing to effectively assess application functionality and user experience pre-deployment, ensuring stack's safety and integrity of production applications.
