· Assist to maintain the vessel in the optimum position for operations, both on location and underway. Continuously monitor all systems critical for DP operations. Serve as Navigational Watch Officer.
· Assist to monitor all navigation equipment, DP room alarms, Vessel Management System (VMS), and Fire and Gas.
·Assist with helicopter communications and supply boat operations.
· Assist to maintain a safe working environment by enforcing strict adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
· Assist Senior Dynamic Operator with the bridge duties and safety operations.
· Possess knowledge and understanding of ISM and ISPS Code, MARPOL, SOLAS and STCW.
- Assist in the commissioning of drillship construction in DSME Shipyard in South Korea.
- Assist with the commissioning of navigation equipment, safety equipment, lifeboats and Fast Rescue Craft.
- Assist in the Sea Trials and test of engines and thrusters
- Assist with tank inspections
- Assist making procedures for the usage of navigational equipment and launch of lifeboats, liferaft and FRC
