I lead the technical development of customized applications on the ServiceNow platform, being responsible for defining and validating solution architectures, integrations, and data models aligned with business needs. I am a technical reference in ITSM, App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and development with Script Includes, supporting the team in making technical decisions.
I perform code reviews involving Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions, Flows, and APIs, ensuring performance, security, governance, and adherence to ServiceNow platform best practices, ITIL, and corporate standards. I manage the technical backlog in conjunction with business stakeholders, prioritizing demands and continuously evaluating make-or-buy decisions, as well as the balance between customization and configuration.
I work on the design and implementation of REST and SOAP integrations with external systems, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the solutions. Furthermore, I play an active role in mentoring junior and mid-level developers, promoting the team's technical development and disseminating best practices, working collaboratively with Product Owners, Architects, and Managers to ensure deliveries are made on time, within scope, and with the expected quality.
