Psychologist and people leader with over 25 years of experience across all Human Resources subsystems, acting strategically in Talent Management and leading large-scale regional projects. Experience as Deputy Head of Learning & Development Latam, leading leaders and directly supporting a structure of 102 professionals across 18 countries, as well as working in a matrix model with more than 115 HRBPs.
