Accomplishments

Ariba Procure-to-pay Implementation Successfully implemented Ariba P2P for Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank to optimize time and cost involved in P2P process. Recommended for optimized delegation of authorities and optimized Invoice Exception handling to achieve high performance and to leverage working capital. Effectively reduced order fulfillment cycle time by 30%-50% in Ariba P2P implementations for banking , retail and food services clients. Coordinated several aspects of integration between systems like SAP, Ariba P2P, AMOS and MICROS that enabled smooth and zero failure operations.  Identified and fixed the issues of poor procurement practices for Seventy Seven energy customer. Redesigned the procurement system and came up with a solution which solved significant financial implications faced by the customer.
