- Planning and execution of events: develop the planning and organization of events, including the definition of objectives, budget, schedule and necessary resources. Supervising and executing events on site;
- Logistics Coordination: logistical aspects of events (contracting suppliers; coordination of transportation, coordination of assembly and disassembly of structures; selection of accommodation and airline tickets, when necessary, management of teams involved; coordination of online events in conjunction with other sectors of the company in order to make the execution of events viable
- Promotion, Communication: Requesting the responsible department to implement promotional and communication actions to promote the events on social networks and increase their visibility.
- Evaluation and Reporting: After each event, evaluate, based on pre-defined indicators, its efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness; prepare detailed reports on each stage of the event.
