I represented the State of Tocantins in the English Immersion Program (EIP), an initiative by the U.S. Embassy in Brazil, in July 2019. During this program, I engaged in immersive language experiences and cultural exchange activities. I demonstrated leadership qualities and effective communication skills as a representative at the national level.

LATIN AMERICAN LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

Chosen as one of 30 young leaders from Brazil to participate in the Latin American Leadership Academy (LALA) program. This immersive experience encompassed a wide range of activities, including workshops, projects, and discussions, with a specific focus on social entrepreneurship. Collaborated with youth leaders from across Latin America, fostering a deeper understanding of economic and social issues and working together to develop innovative solutions.

Mapa Educação Initiative

Young leader in the "Mapa Educação" initiative, a gathering designed to empower young individuals to drive positive transformations in their communities and the education sector. The event aimed to promote the development, integration, sharing, and strengthening of Brazilian youth and other contributors interested in making a meaningful impact on the country through innovative educational initiatives. This participation reinforced my commitment to fostering positive change through education and deepened my understanding of collaborative efforts in the broader context of educational development.

• PIBID (National Program for Teaching Initiation), 2020-01-01, 2022-12-31, Engaged as a participant in the PIBID program at UFT, which represents a significant commitment to the development and empowerment of future educators throughout their academic pursuits. The program is designed with a dual objective: the refinement of teacher education for the foundational levels and the advancement of the overall quality of public education in Brazil. As an active participant, contributed to initiatives aimed at innovating teaching methodologies, fostering practical experiences, and collaborating with experienced educators. This hands-on involvement not only enriched my own educational journey but also played a part in the broader mission of elevating the standards of teacher preparation and, consequently, the educational landscape in Brazil.
