  • Successfully negotiated and launched a licensing partnership with Nike, including the production of an in-house film to support a co-branded campaign. The campaign, which featured t-shirts and sweatshirts with Nike and our logo, sold out in 50 minutes
  • Developed and launched a credit card and digital checking account with exclusive benefits tailored to the Gaules community through a partnership with Itau. This partnership achieved the best creator launching volume and conversion rate to date, with a 17% credit card approval rate, due to the highly qualified audience and effective combined business planning and customer service management.
  • Launched a commercial and branding partnership with major Brazilian e-commerce (Kabum) where Gaules was "Head of Gaming," curating the best products with exclusive discounts for the community and receiving revenue share for sales
  • Established a successful commercial and content partnership with Red Bull, featuring Gaules as a sponsored player and resulting in the creation of co-branded content for broadcast on Gaules' channel
  • Established and managed commercial sponsorships with Dell, Nivea, Heineken, Microsoft, Ubisoft, Razer, GSK and others
  • Improved and managed relationships with content partners, including ESL, Blast, PGL, NBA, and Stock Car, to secure more content assets and broadcasting opportunities, resulting in an increase in hours watched per month

  • I have managed the account and led the e-commerce media efforts for SC Jonhson in Brazil collaborating with Latam countries and US
  • Conducted a comprehensive evaluation of previous e-commerce efforts on platforms such as Amazon, Rappi, Cornershop, Mercado Libre, ifood, Americanas and Magazine Luiza to identify potential areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Developed an e-commerce strategy and execution plan for 9 of the SC Johnson's Brands including Lysoform, Duck, Mr Musculo, Glade, OFF, Exposis, Ziploc, Baygon and Raid
  • Negotiated media in retailers and reduced by half the costs resulting in more value for marketing spend and therefore more exposure and sales reducing cost per sale
  • Created media strategies for Amazon DSP on how to increase new customers and overall sales reducing cost per sale by leveraging tailored audiences
  • Developed and implemented a comprehensive system utilizing Monday.com to effectively manage all deals and tasks
  • This included the development of detailed media plans, customized dashboards, and streamlined communication flows between SCJ, Almap, OMD, and key retail stakeholders
  • This approach greatly improved the efficiency of our processes, enabling quicker decision-making and more effective execution of strategic initiatives
  • Trained 20+ people on SC Jonhson team on e-commerce media programs' best practices
  • The results during 2022 were that we more than triple the sales (sell out) year over year

For Diageo:

  • As the developer of an e-commerce planning strategy for Diageo's thebar.com website, I was responsible for coordinating and collaborating with various teams within the agency to develop a comprehensive strategy that successfully won the pitch and secured the e-commerce account for AlmapBBDO against major competitors in the industry
  • Developed the strategy analyzing the website customer journey data, media spend efficiency, conversion rates by line of products and putting together specific tactics for search, affiliates, brand deals and programmatic media
