Invited to Aripuanã to establish cohesive Technical Services Management by merging the previously independent Mine Planning and Geology & Geomechanics teams. Directed strategic planning, mine ramp-up, fleet sizing, budgeting, mine stability, and paste fill operations, collaborating closely with other managers to ensure operational viability and efficiency, while actively preparing for the launch of two additional mines. Oversaw both the operation and equipment of the paste fill plant commissioning while understanding the impacts of the beneficiation plant ramp-up on tailings parameters. Worked with internationally recognized tailings disposal and paste fill consulting firms to unify technical services, processing, and beneficiation teams, enhancing the quality of tailings and ore concentrate. Acted as Interim General Manager for four months, exhibiting robust leadership and strategic management.

Guiding the technical team to facilitate the transition of the mining method from Room and Pillar to Sublevel Stoping was pivotal. Coupled with improvements in fleet sizing, budgeting processes, the introduction of multi-year budgeting, and strategic planning, this period was marked by substantial enhancements in mining operations and efficiency. These developments resulted in a significant positive shift in the mine's cash flow.

Implemented agile methodologies to integrate three key areas: Geomechanics, Geology (including diamond drilling), and Mine Planning (covering ventilation and topography), ensuring a comprehensive and cohesive mining operation strategy. Led the local diversity committee (Women Front). Oversaw fleet sizing, budgeting, and strategic planning, all directed towards promoting operational excellence and team unity.

Oversaw mine planning, ventilation, geology, drilling, topography, and geomechanics. Directed short and medium-term planning, headed the grade control group at the Turmaline Mine, and expanded reserves via specialized drilling campaigns. Executed integrated operational planning, enhancing quarterly updates and operational efficiency.

Management of drilling, blasting, geomechanical activities, and mine transport and ventilation infrastructure; leading shift operations and administrative supervision, comprised of operational staff, technicians, and engineers; overseeing contract management and interfaces with adjacent areas in the production process.

Concentrated on short-term and medium-term planning, formulated multi-year strategies, and led the life of mine expansion initiative. Served as the interim area manager and oversaw the drilling team in critical phases.

Managed sequencing, panel design, and mine ventilation planning. Compiled legal documents for the DNPM, directed the mine ventilation support team, and accomplished the initial phase of the mine deepening project, enhancing the ventilation grid and securing essential equipment. Executed the first phase of the Caraiba mine deepening project, which involved sizing the ventilation grid, arranging ventilation shafts, and procuring fans for secondary and reinforcement ventilation to the main system, with an estimated cost of R$ 500,000.00.
