I have been a software test engineer since 2005. Prior to that, I worked as a developer for 4 years. During the past 18 years, I have worked on Unify, formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications, a leader in Unified and Collaboration Communication solutions. At Unify, I was responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring functional and automation tests for contact center applications. I used tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Selenium, Bugzilla, and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL), along with internal tracking tools. Additionally, I collaborated to improve software quality, automation, and integration, following best practices and Agile methodologies (Scrum). Previously, I was a developer at SEI Informatica, where I learned about and participated in the entire software development process, including requirements analysis, customer support, and testing. My goal is to enhance my technical knowledge and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that exceed customer expectations. As a tech enthusiast, I actively seek new challenges and continuous growth opportunities.
