Respond to both fire and medical emergencies, performing fire suppression activities, providing emergency medical care to injured or sick individuals on scene, operating firefighting and medical equipment, and participating in rescue operations, all while maintaining fire station upkeep and undergoing continuous training to stay proficient in both firefighting and emergency medical techniques. Drives and operates apparatus and equipment safely in response to and in the mitigation of emergencies. Non-emergency related duties including readiness and inspections of apparatus and equipment, pre-fire planning of buildings, lift assists, smoke detector assistance, report writing, and public relations details.

Brokers handle the high-stakes financial mechanics that regular agents often cannot. Escrow accounts ,commission splits and business operations and more. Broker also handles the firm's marketing budget, office leases, and payroll.

Collaborated with fire and police departments to provide EMS services. Responded to inquiries from beach visitors. Operated emergency vehicles as assigned. Supported maintenance of essential safety and rescue equipment for related tasks.

Instructed diverse groups in water safety techniques and swimming skills. Conducted assessments to evaluate student progress and proficiency levels. I helped organized community outreach programs promoting water safety awareness and education. During these years I collaborated with other instructors to develop new teaching strategies, resulting in more effective swim lessons.
